Suspension and Discharge
Before taking action to suspend or terminate/discharge an associate, the Community Leader will contact the Company Human Resources Director for review and discussion. Investigations should be conducted at the direction of the Company HR Director and all decisions regarding outcome and remedial action should be discussed between the Company HR Director and the Community Leader.
