The technique for printing on fabric is different from
paper or plastic. In addition, different types of ink
and screen media were used as equipment.
Unfortunately, the screen printing technique is only
suitable for mass production or in large quantities.

The use of human labor also makes the printouts relatively longer and the
screen printing results are limited. However, a screen printing technique has
begun to be developed using a machine so that it can be used to print images
consisting of four or more colors (full color).
Flexo
The last type of printing business is flexo. Flexo is a
printing technique using a machine with printed
materials in the form of rolls. This is different from
the other four printing techniques that use separate
sheet materials.

Flexo machines can be used to print newspapers,
corrugated cardboard packaging (corrugated), and
stickers. The advantage of this technique is the use
of ink materials that are much cheaper than offset
machines. With the form of rolls, the use of raw
materials can be much more efficient.

The success of a printing business is determined by many factors. You must
understand the business flow, starting from receiving orders, calculating costs,
processing, quality control (QC), finishing, and after sales service. The business
flow must be controlled with one goal, namely customer satisfaction.
