Salmon

Wild, never farmed, from the sustainably managed
stock of salmon in Alaska or neighbouring British
Columbia. Our red salmon is the famous sockeye
which spends longer in freshwaters and feeds heavily

on zooplankton cold water shrimps, accounting for its
darker hue. The 213g cans are raw packed with skin and
bones and cooked in the can with no water added. Our
160g boxed salmon is filleted, cooked and then packed.
