The town of Isernia, in the Italian region of
Molise is home to a “Paradise on Earth”. An

find the Favellato family. The Favellatos
restored the fine historic pasta making
tradition to Isernia, a tradition nearly lost
after the World Wars, re-establishing

Isernia as the home of great Italian pasta
using the finest organic raw materials from
Puglia.
