Our Organico condiment vegetables are grown, prepared and packed
by one family. Sourcing this way, from grower-producers, means that
more income is kept on the land.

Tender and delicate Artichoke Hearts
are picked at the end of Spring and
preserved in a light herby oil marinade.

Our sun-ripened organic Grilled Peppers
are picked, prepared fresh, grilled and then

preserved in a delicious homemade marinade.

Our Sun-Dried Tomatoes are an award winning
Organico favourite, packing plenty of taste but
avoiding a cloying or overly acidic flavour profile.

Our Organico Capers are a store-cupboard essential, excellent to perk up a
variety of dishes, salads and sauces. Our capers are Capucine size, offering
great value for money with an intense, slightly wild flavour
