importance of tailored healthcare solutions that consider specific regional and
demographic factors to ensure efficacy and applicability.
6.3 Recommendation
This section presents key recommendations tailored for future researchers,
with the aim of advancing the field and building upon the insights gained
from this research. These recommendations are formulated to address
existing constraints and explore potential areas for further development.
i. Collaboration with Healthcare and Research Institutions
Future research should prioritize forging partnerships with healthcare
and research entities. This collaboration is vital for overcoming data
limitations by accessing a wider array of anonymized patient data,
particularly data reflective of specific demographics, such as the
Malaysian population. Enhanced access to diverse and comprehensive
data sources will significantly improve the accuracy and applicability
of machine learning models in predicting stroke risks, thereby tailoring
predictions more closely to the target demographic.
ii. Integration of Real-Time Health Data into Dashboards
To address the limitation of using data only up to 2021, it is
recommended to integrate real-time health data into the dashboard
system. This approach will transform the dashboards from static
information displays to dynamic visualization tools. Real-time data
integration will allow for more timely and relevant health assessments,
making the dashboard a more effective tool for users seeking current
health insights.
