• Supreme Court has consistently upheld MREC rulings with one exception - state law was changed prior to Court ruling.
In conclusion, the proposed legislation has no substantive value to the licensees of the state and, in fact, is HARMFUL to the members of the public throughout the State of Mississippi. If our legislative members feel there is sufficient support for such changes, we would encourage and gladly participate in a thorough examination and review of this legislation in hope of formulating impactful change benefitting both the real estate industry and the public.
