(My Note: The survey was created when I was President. It was to be given to LRAC committee members, EC, BOD, MARPAC Trustees, and GAD. I believe it was changed after the survey had criticisms of MREC. MREC administrator was not invited to the meeting for first time that I ever recall. LRAC members were given a copy of the survey (had to sign and turn back in), an allotted time to review it. Has EC leadership ever expressed member concerns of MREC (claim they have heard for past 3 years at every board visit) to LRAC? Has President or District VPs ever included member concerns in their reports? Are there any EC notes of discussions? Has MREC concerns ever been on a LRAC agenda for meeting?) Wouldn’t leadership, CEO, GAD have a responsibility to report concerns to LRAC if it was a priority of members? The GAD, attorney and LAT members said they can send out survey any time they feel it necessary )
