Lystra, Iconium and Antioch, strengthening the disciples and
encouraging them to remain true to the faith. "We must go
through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God [par-
adise]," they said. (Acts, 14:20-22)

Believers' Knowledge of the Secret of the
Test and Their Courage on God's Path

So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly re-
warded. You need to persevere so that when you have done
the will of God, you will receive what He has promised... But
we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of
those who believe and are saved. (Hebrews, 10:35-36, 39)

Who is going to harm you if you are eager to do good? But even
if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. "Do not
fear what they fear; do not be frightened." (1 Peter, 3:13-14)

After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was
shaken. And they were all filled with the Spirit of God and
spoke the word of God boldly. (Acts, 4:31)

Therefore, since through God's mercy we have this ministry,
we do not lose heart. Rather, we have renounced secret and
shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the
word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plain-
ly we commend ourselves to every man's conscience in the
Sight of God. (2 Corinthians, 4:1-2)
