                                                            Other enzymes that
                                                            become involved
                                                            with the reading of
                                                            the nucleotides
                                                            head for the two
                                                            strands of the helix
                                                            and determine
                                                            whether there are
                                                            any errors. Any
                                                            flawed section they
                                                            identify is broken
                                                            off by the enzyme
                                                            known as DNA nu-
                                                            clease. This break
                                                            is then repaired by
                                                            the enzyme ligase.
