where it dies. They are all in a Clear Book. (Surah Hud, 6)
Allah expands provision to anyone He wills and restricts
it. They rejoice in the life of this world. Yet the life of this
world, compared to the Hereafter, is only fleeting enjoy-
ment. (Surat ar-Ra'd, 26)
Gospel
Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat
or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more
important than food, and the body more important than clothes?
Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in
barns... Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by
worrying can add a single hour to his life?... So do not worry, ask-
ing: "What shall we eat?" or "What shall we drink?" or "What
shall we wear?" For the pagans run after all these things... But seek
first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will
be given to you as well. (Matthew 6:25-27, 31-33)
Torah
The eyes of all look to You, and You give them their food at the
proper time. You open Your hand and satisfy the desires of every
living thing. The Lord is righteous in all His ways and loving to-
ward all that He has made. (Psalm 145: 15-17)
