idolater or a slanderer, a drunkard or a
swindler. With such a man do not even eat.
(1 Corinthians 5:11)
But among you there must not be even a hint
of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impu-
rity, or of greed, because these are improper
for God's holy people… Let no one deceive
you with empty words, for because of such
things God's wrath comes on those who are
disobedient. Therefore, do not be partners
with them. (Ephesians 5:3, 6-7)

ONE DAY IN ALLAH'S PRESENCE

IS LIKE ONE THOUSAND YEARS
FOR US

They ask you to hasten the punish-
ment. Allah will not break His
promise. A day with your Lord is
equivalent to a thousand years in the
way you count. (Surat al-Hajj, 47)

Gospel

... With the Lord, a day is like a thousand
years and a thousand years are like a day. The
Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as
some understand slowness. He is patient
with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but
everyone to come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:8-
9)
