We created many of the jinn and humanity for Hell. They
have hearts with which they do not understand. They
have eyes with which they do not see. They have ears with
which they do not hear. Such people are like cattle. No,
they are even further astray! They are the unaware. (Surat

Gospel

"For this people's heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with
their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see
with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts
and turn, and I would heal them." (Matthew 13:15)
Do you have eyes but fail to see, and ears but fail to hear?... (Mark
8:18)

Go to this people and say: "You will be ever hearing but never un-
derstanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving." For this
people's heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their
ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with
their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and
