The body temperatures of living things that hibernate fall to

below normal (from 38 C to 10 C, for example), their heart rates
also slow down (such as to one beat every four seconds) and they
enter a state of deep sleep. It almost seems as if the pulse of some
of these animals stops entirely during hibernation. The way that
animals and birds hibernate is at the discretion of Allah, the
Infinitely Loving.
