                                 The Structure Of The Dark Clan




                 wealthy people who drain the country's resources whilst the
                 majority of people suffer from hunger and live in abject
                 poverty. The reason for this corruption is that the rulers pre-
                 fer to "fleece" the country rather than nurture a productive
                 economy.
                     In many Latin American countries, where dictatorial
                 regimes are in power, it has almost become impossible to
                 fight corruption. The members of the security forces and or-

                 ganised crime rings are interlinked and most people in the
                 justice department work for them. Those who don't work for
                 them are afraid of them. The Catholic Church, which opposes
                 the oppression of the people by the dictatorial regimes in


               The clan does not mind the ex-
               ploitation of their people. It is one
               of the consequences of the clan's
               selfish and greedy system that in
               many countries of the world
               poverty and misery rule.
