the Psalms and the Gospel
The Period of Hazrat Mahdi's (pbuh) Rule in
the Gospel
Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. (Matthew,
5:5)
When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your
heads, because your redemption is drawing near. He [the Prophet
Jesus (pbuh)] told them this parable: "Look at the fig tree and all the
trees. When they sprout leaves, you can see for yourselves and know
that summer is near. Even so, when you see these things hap-
pening, you know that the kingdom of God is near." (Luke,
21:28-31)
Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get ten-
der and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. Even
so, when you see all these things, you know that it [return of
the Prophet Jesus (pbuh)] is near, right at the door. (Matthew,
24:32-33)
... [From now on] the city does not need the Sun or the Moon to
shine on it, for the Glory of God gives it light... There will be no
more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the
Sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign
for ever and ever. (Revelation, 21:23-25; 22:5)
I will put My laws in their minds and write them on their
hearts. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his
brother, saying, "Know the Lord,"—because they will all know
Me, from the least of them to the greatest. (Hebrews, 8:10-11)
For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the
west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man [the Prophet Jesus
(pbuh)]. [The light of faith will prevail the earth.] (Matthew, 24:27)
