1982. Lebanon became a war-torn and devastated country. Meanwhile,
history witnessed the brutal Phalange massacre of hundreds of
Palestinian civilians in the Sabra and Shatilla refugee camps at the
instigation of, and under the supervision of the Israeli forces.

In Israeli dungeons, there are still
many Palestinian captives suffering
extremely brutal and inhumane
treatment. After each agreement,
Israeli authorities announce the
release of these captives yet never
fulfil these promises. Some of the
captives' efforts to attract the
world's attention by going on
hunger strikes often do not
succeed since Western countries
simply turn a deaf ear to their cries.
