propriate plan, and so bones grow by lengthening. This is
only one of the millions of miracles that Allah has created in
the development of the human body.

Another miracle related to the growth hormone is

the timing and amount of its secretion. This hormone is se-
creted in just the right amount, but in a greater amount
while the person is growing. This is a wonderful miracle, be-
cause if this were not the case people would either be dwarfs
or giants. Thus, a special system regulates the amount of
