the flawless creation with which
Allah created every aspect of the hu-
man body. The skeleton bears an

movement is a manifesta-
tion of Allah’s endless
compassion.
At every step we take,

the vertebrae that make
up our spinal column
move on top of one
another. This con-
tinual movement
and friction could
cause the verte-

brae to wear away.
However, this is prevented
by the resilient cartilage
(disks) located between
them to serve as shock ab-
sorbers. Moreover, every
step sends a reactive force,
due to the body’s weight,
from the ground to the

body. This force does not
harm the body, because
these shock absorbers and
their folded force-dispers-
ing shape do not allow the
