WISDOM AND SOUND ADVICE FROM THE TORAH

Naaman's servants went to him and said, "My father, if the
prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not
have done it? How much more, then, when he tells you,
'Wash and be cleansed'!" (2 Kings, 5:13)

... If I washed myself with soap and my hands with washing
soda. (Job, 9:30)

Wash and make yourselves clean. Take your evil deeds out of
my sight! Stop doing wrong. (Isaiah, 1:16)

Make a bronze basin, with its bronze stand, for washing.
Place it between the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and put
water in it. (Exodus, 30:18)

Depart, depart, go out from there! Touch no unclean thing!
Come out from it and be pure... (Isaiah, 52:11)
