PORTENTS AND FEATURES OF THE MAHDI'S COMING
10) THE OPEN DENIAL OF ALLAH
(Surely Allah is beyond that!)

The Mahdi will not come until Allah
is open ly and fla grant ly denied.
(Al-Muttaqi al-Hindi, Al-Burhan Now the god less
fi 'Al a mat al-Mahdi, p. 27) want free dom

This had ith indi cates that many
peo ple will either be athe ists or
agnos tics, and that they will relay
their deni al to every one through
the press and declare it open ly. This state of affairs
clear ly exists today, since those who deny Allah are
high ly esteemed for their sup posed "mod ern and con -
tem po ra ry" atti tude. Moreover, the pub lic is encour -
aged to emu late them.

11) The IRAN-IRAQ WAR
The had ith reports that a major war will take place in
the End Times:

There will be tumult in Shawwal, talk of war in Dhu al-
Qa'dah, and the out break of war in Dhu al-Hijjah.
(Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Rasul Barzanji, Al-Isha'ah li
Ashrat as-Sa'ah, p. 166)
