According to the World Health
Organization [WHO] reports, sui-
cide cases are on the rise all
over the world. A person com-
mits suicide every 40 seconds.
But with the verse "... and do not In the USA, Suicides are More than Murders

suicide. According to Islam, it is Cumhuriyet, January 27, 2002
forbidden to kill oneself, no mat-
ter what the reason may be.
