3.18.3.2.5. Moreover, if a student enjoys 2 earned scholarship, and he used one, the equivalent
amount of the one earned scholarship shall be given to the student in cash.
3.18.3.3. Athletic Scholarship
3.18.3.3.1. For continuing students, the level of Meet played by the student shall be certified by
the Sports Director.
3.18.3.3.2. Granted to new and old students who are officially enrolled and willing to undergo
training in the events they excel.
3.18.3.3.3. The percentage of this scholarship depends upon the level of the meet the student
played during the preceding school year as certified by Sports Director for old
students as follows:
3.18.3.3.3.1. CHED Sports Program
3.18.3.3.3.1.1. PASUC Olympics - National Level
3.18.3.3.3.1.1.1. Gold – 100% Tuition Fee discount
3.18.3.3.3.1.1.2. Silver Medalist – 75% Tuition Fee discount
3.18.3.3.3.1.1.3. Bronze Medalist – 50% Tuition Fee discount
3.18.3.3.3.1.1.4. Participants (no medal) – 25% Tuition Fee discount
3.18.3.3.3.2. Philippine Sports Commission Program/Philippine Olympic festival National
Games/NSA Sponsored Games
3.18.3.3.3.2.1. National Games – 100% Full tuition
3.18.3.3.3.3. PSC/POF/NSA (Sanctioned) Regional Qualifying Games
3.18.3.3.3.3.1. Gold – 100% Tuition Fee discount
3.18.3.3.3.3.2. Silver Medalist – 75% Tuition Fee discount
3.18.3.3.3.3.3. Bronze Medalist – 50% Tuition Fee discount
3.18.3.3.3.3.4. Participants (no medal) – 25% Tuition Fee discount
Note:
(1) The scholarship shall be enjoyed by the student during the
succeeding semester after winning the event.
(2) Should an athlete win in the higher meets, he/she enjoys
whichever offers the higher benefit.
(3) Invitational games sanctioned by PSC can also be considered
however, Fiesta invitational games/provincial/town fiesta will not
be considered.
3.18.3.3.4. Requirements to be met by Athletic Scholars
3.18.3.3.4.1. For New Scholars (Freshmen)
3.18.3.3.4.1.1. Must be officially Enrolled in the University
3.18.3.3.4.1.2. Certificate of Participation from the Principal and Coach stating that he/she was
an athlete and participated in the Regional or National Meet when he/she
was a fourth year high school student.
3.18.3.3.4.1.3. National – Full Tuition Scholarship
