The existing land use of the school consists of the following classifications: Rice
Production/Research area, Fish Production/Research area, Corn Production/Research Area,
Forest Area, Grazing Area, Open Grassland, Pomelo Production/Research Area, Infrastructure
Development and Academic Area and the Mango Production/Research Area.

Based from the table above, the top three major land uses are: Corn Production and
Research with 33.37% followed by Grazing and Open Grasslands with 32.16% and 20.30%
respectively. The least land use type is the Fish Production/Research with .38%. This only shows
that the campus has still the wide area for future expansion and development.
