The Campus has a total land area of 342.30 hectares, the largest of all the five campuses

of the university. Bounded by a pasture land on the Northeast, Cornlands on the southeast,

Grasslands on the southwest and Residential lots on the west. The Campus Boundary is well

established with barb wire fence and with two notable gates or entry to the campus, one at the

Old site and the other at the new college site. The campus is highly accessible due to the existence
