2.  IMPLEMENTATION
                       Describe the operations of the Food Services/Canteen/Cafeteria.

                             -  The  school  canteen of  IFSU  Potia  Campus  is permitted  to  conduct business
                                 under Eatery and Sari-sari Store Line. Permits are actually secured annually at
                                 BLGU-Potia and MLGU-Alfonso Lista, including all the necessary document to
                                 attach  with  for  the  renewal of business  license.  All  permits  and  certificates
                                 were posted to the Canteen’s conspicuous location as required.
                             -  Canteen personnel like the canteen-in-charge, cashier, cook, dishwasher and
                                 assistants are required to secure Health Certificate signed by Municipal Health
                                 Officer as food handlers. It is mandatory to all Canteen personnel to certify how
                                 healthy they are as food servers.
                             -  Canteen operates from 7 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday and 7:30 AM
                                 to 2:30 PM every Saturday. It offer’s nutritious and affordable morning snacks,
                                 breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks. Food request or preferences are also
                                 accommodated especially during peak hours. All the time IFSU employees and
                                 students  abide  with  the  rules  and  regulations in  making  orders/purchasing,
                                 availing credits and borrowing of kitchen utensils.
