Activation Procedure: PDI

a) Turn the engine switch or power switch ON and confirm that the manual (SOS) switch illuminated
indicators. (For best results, perform the activation in open sky to ensure GPS signal is available)

• Illuminated Red: 10s, Green: 2s then goes off → Go to step (b)
• Illuminated Red: 10s then stays Green → Go to step (c)

• Illuminated Red: 10s, Green: 2s, Red & Green together then stays Green → End (activation completed)

b) Wait 80 seconds then push and hold the manual (SOS) switch (for 3 seconds or more and 10 seconds or

less). After beep sound, go to step (c).

c) Wait 5 minutes. (WARNING! DO NOT PRESS SOS BUTTON AGAIN UNTIL STEP (d) END)

d) Turn the engine switch or power switch off, then go to step(a).
