Activation failure

 NOTE: Correct activation

• Illuminated Red: 10s, Green: 2s, Red & Green together then

stays Green → End (activation completed)

 The following both indicate a failure of
activation Please refer to the bulletin

• Condition 1 (LED sequence): Red: 10s, Green: 2s then goes off.

or

• Condition 2 (LED sequence): Red:10s then stays Green on

continuously.
