Terminal Explanation
Terminal 30 Permanent positive
Terminal 31 Body ground
Terminal 15N Ignition with 5 second after-run (Terminal 15 is just switched positive)
Terminal 30B Normal operation. Switched off whilst vehicle sleeps
Terminal 30F Error. Is only switched off with higher standby current
• Terminal 30B (B = Basic operation)
- Voltage supplied when only in the presence of the driver (Residing-Driving)
- Control units connected to Terminal 30B are disconnected from the power supply after deactivation (1 min to 30 min)
- Terminal 30B therefore, has no influence on standby current (Parasitic drain)
- Terminal 30B is activated by:
› Unlocking or opening a door
› Activation of start/stop button
› Request by telematics control unit
