Number one,…….. thing is, under no……… do I ever ……….you to actually
give them a number. Why? Well, ………….one, first thing about this is
                it’s……….. You do not ……….what it’s like to work………, what you’ll get
to do, who you ………it with, the training and ………opportunities, the
vacation, the…….., the benefit costs, all of ……..things. So, it’s very difficult
for you to ……..nail on the……. by giving them a……., especially this
                ………in the process.
The …….thing is I don’t want you to worry. There is not …….a in the world
who determines ……..you get hired or where you…….., or what you get
paid. The ……..officials do that, I…….., unless the recruiter is the hiring
………..or the HR person is the hiring official. So, I don’t ………you to
worry ……..that, because they’re not ultimately …….to determine what
you’re going to……., even if they give you a ……..as to what the ……….pays.
I don’t want you to ………about that upfront.
The other thing is, I don’t want you to……. give a number, because you
……..either aim too low, in which …….you’re setting their expectations that
your are …….low, even though they might be ………to pay you more, or you
……..yourself out because you ………too high. The one thing the recruiter
can do in the …………of the process is knock you out, but the ………..won’t
knock you ……..if they really like your …………and you don’t provide a
                number.
You might be………., well, maybe I can give them a…………. Well, that
might be nice, but if I’m the ……….official, and you ……….a range and you
say, Andy, I’d like to earn ………80.000 and 100.000 what do you think
                I………? I heard 80.000. What were you thinking? A hundred……….. So,
you’re still giving them a low…….., probably lower than they …….be willing
to pay, so ranges aren’t really great either; because those are
……….uneducated. And they are ……..to anchor on your …….number,
when you …….are thinking about your ……..number. So, ranges don’t work
                much……….
