Salmon with Avocado
and Kale Salad

The combination of Omega 3, healthy fats and antioxidants in this simple dish will
promote skin health for that clear, springtime glow!
Ingredients the meat flakes and it reaches an internal
Wild caught salmon temperature of 145 degrees.
One ripe avocado
One bunch kale Sautee the kale in olive oil, and season
Olive oil with salt and pepper. Slice the avocado.
Instructions Plate everything, and drizzle the avocado
Season the salmon with whatever you with lemon juice.
