Burrito Bowl

Burrito bowls are a great way to get the nutrients needed for tons of health
support! This particular bowl supports the liver in a fun, tasty way that is
perfect for summertime.
Ingredients tomato. Drain the black beans and rinse
1/2 green bell pepper well.
1/2 red bell pepper
1 cob of corn Add the peppers to a sautee pan and
1 cup cooked quinoa sautee over medium heat until tender.
4 leaves Romaine lettuce Remove, and add the corn and black

1 can low sodium black beans
Salsa for garnish (optional) Divide ingredients into bowls, top with
salsa, and enjoy!
