Cooking for Healing





       Garlic White Bean




                                       Dip

        Cannellini beans have incredible health benefits, specifically for heart health. They are also rich
        in protein, and fight cancer cells. Paired with the health powerhouse of garlic, this tasty dip is a
                                           perfect healthy snack or appetizer!

        Ingredients                                            One tabelspoon olive oil
                                                               One fourth teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
        One fifteen ounce can of cannellini beans,             One eighth teaspoon pepper
        drained                                                Two teaspoons fresh parsley
        Two to four cloves of garlic
        Three tablespoons lemon juice                          Instructions



                                                               Mix the beans, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil,
                                                               salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend.
                                                               Taste for salt and pepper, then add the parsley.


                                                               Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, or
                                                               crostini. Also this can be used as a spread
                                                               for sandwiches!
