Lemon Ginger






       Detox Smoothie








       A lemon ginger detox smoothie is a
       refreshing and invigorating drink

       packed with natural ingredients
       that help support digestion and

       detoxification. With the zesty
       flavors of lemon and the warm kick

       of ginger, this smoothie is rich in
       antioxidants and vitamin C, which
       can help boost immunity, improve

       metabolism, and promote overall
       wellness. It's a great way to

       kickstart your day or cleanse your
       system after indulging. Plus, it’s

       hydrating and revitalizing with a
       simple, yet powerful blend of

       health-boosting ingredients!




            1/2 cup frozen peaches
            1/2 cup frozen pineapple                               1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
            1/2 cup frozen mango                                   1/2 tablespoon raw honey

            juice of 1 whole, large lemon                          2 tablespoons collagen peptides or
            1/2 tablespoon lemon zest                              vanilla plant-based protein

            3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk                       powder of choice
            (carton, not canned)                                   1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)




       Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 1
       minute until completely smooth, adding more liquid if you
       would like a thinner consistency.
