Sauteed Thyme Mushrooms













           This juicy, tender, bright dish is bursting with herbaceous flavor and can be a

           perfect side to pasta, grilled meats, or made in a larger amount for a delicious
                                           and meaty plant-based main!




        Ingredients:                                           cooking for two minutes. The mushrooms

        16 ounces baby bella mushrooms                         will begin to release their liquid.
        1/3 cup fresh thyme and oregano,
