Cooking for Healing: Comfort Food
























        Tomato and Avocado




               Toasted Sandwiches

               A toasted sandwich can act like a perfect, warming hug. This healthy
                comforting recipe is sure to wrap your heart in a delicious blanket.




        Ingredients                                            pepper. Bake for 15 minutes or until the
