         It is no secret that lavender is relaxing and promotes anti anxiety and good mental
            health. Drink this warm potion before bed for a sound mind and restful sleep.

        Ingredients                                            Instructions



        One cup unsweetened almond or oat                      Bring the milk, dried flowers, and
