       Poached Egg





                           Avocado Toast

          The combination of eggs and avocado is full of Omega-3 healthy fats, vitamin B6,
          Magnesium, iron, and the egg yolk contains half of our daily need for vitamin D.

                      Start your morning with this powerhouse for a healthy brain!

        Ingredients                                            To poach the eggs, bring water to a simmer

        One ripe avocado                                       in a pot. Crack the egg into a ramekin or

        Instructions

                                                               Add salt and pepper.
        Slice or mash the avocado and toast the
        bread. Top the bread with the avocado.                 Enjoy!
