                         Prohibited equipment
Prohibited items depicted must be identified to the pilot and may not
be used in the aircraft without the pilot’s permission. All quantities of
fuel, gas or explosive materials must be manifested and a copy of this
manifest given to the pilot prior to loading. (See over.)
Note that this is a general safety briefing and that more specific ones may need to be given
                         in different circumstances.

f This is an example of a Civil Aviation Authority supplied
pictorial briefing describing fitting a life jacket, its use and
certain prohibited items not to be used during flight.

                         Aircraft manifesting

Manifesting requirements should be completed prior to flight.
This is very important in terms of recording who is on the flight as
well as weight and balance. The templates on these next pages give
guidance and can be sourced from the NRFA’s web page under
                         “Forms and Publications”. (Form RF250.)
