Fee Payment Schedule

School dues are payable quarterly in advance by the tenth of the
first month of the respective quarter. The schedule for payment of
fees is as follows:

4th Quarter (January - March) Payable by 10 January

Withdrawal Policy

● If, for any reason, parents desire to withdraw
their child from the school, they need to give a
month's notice. The Withdrawal Form (available
at the Office) has to be duly filled, and
submitted at the Accounts Office on or before
the 7th of the month to enable the completion of all formalities of
withdrawal.
● If the Withdrawal Form is submitted after the 7th of a month, the
subsequent month will be treated as a month's notice period.
● In case of withdrawing a student, parents are requested to give a
month's notice in writing; failing which one month's fees will be
charged. Transfer certificates will be issued within 15-20 working
days after all dues are cleared.

Emergency Closing Procedures
On rare occasions due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances,
we may need to cancel school. In such circumstances, you will receive a
broadcast message or phone call by 7:00 am. If we need to cancel school in
the middle of a school day, you will receive a call from the school informing
you about the reason for the school closure and when and where to pick
up your child.
