Guidelines for Parents

Parents/ Guardians to kindly:
● Ensure punctuality, check the haircut and uniform of the students.
● Refrain from sending school bags with trolley.
● Ensure your ward does not bring mobiles, crackers, expensive
sports items, electronic gadgets and unwanted materials of any
kind to the school.
● Note and view all circulars/ notices/ information uploaded on the
school ERP as per the Username and Password shared with you.
● Check out for SMS/ WhatsApp messages sent regularly from the
school.
● Ensure that sufficient time is spent with your ward/s daily to ensure
a good level of understanding of the school curriculum.
● Ensure that your ward carries books/exercise notebooks/ learning
materials according to the timetable for that day.
● See that your ward is prepared for the assessments/ periodic tests.
Also, please take note of the teacher’s remarks made in the class
work/homework exercise notebooks.
● If your ward is absent from school, please help him/her to make up
for all the work missed on that day by referring to the notes
uploaded after each chapter on GCR.
● Visiting hours for meeting Head of the School/Academic
Coordinator/Teachers are to be
observed as per the given schedule or
during the PTM.
● If you have any special talents such as
sewing, painting, building, etc. and
would like to offer your time, please let
us know. We can always use the extra
help!

Discipline Guidelines for Students
● Bullying or rude behavior or belittling on religious beliefs or
lowering the self-esteem of peers in any form, shall not be
tolerated.
● Physical and verbal violence, use of abusive and disrespectful
language is strictly forbidden.
