Each child in the Early Years should have at least one complete set/pair of
labeled clothing (this includes garments and socks) in school; this outfit will
remain at school and will be sent home when the season changes, for a set
of fresh clothes.
Primary School
The curriculum at Primary School includes a skills-based thematic
approach. The skills-based learning brings together areas such as Art,
Personal, Social and Emotional Development,
Physical and Health Education, Literacy,
Numeracy and Languages like Spanish, Hindi and
ICT. This curriculum includes the elements of
Enterprise, Environment, Spiritual, and Moral
Awareness with sensitivity towards the
community. The skills-based thematic approach
is designed to motivate and inspire children
where these skills are applied through different
themes. By embedding cross-curricular links within themes, children would
be more engaged with learning and develop personal skills which are
useful in their lives. We strive to ensure that every child grows and learns
at their own pace and are appropriately challenged and assisted.
Curriculum
The curriculum in the school serves to expand and fortify the foundational
knowledge acquired in the primary stage. The focal point of this curriculum
is firmly centered on the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual
development of the child. While this curriculum follows a progressive
trajectory, building upon the scholastic groundwork established at the
primary level, it introduces subjects like Sanskrit/ Spanish, Social Science,
IT/ AI, Robotics adding to the academic repertoire. The scholastic
evaluation methods extend beyond the confines of the school environment
in the form of Formative Assessments, Multiple Assessments, Portfolios,
Subject Enrichment activities and project based evaluations which assess
the accomplishment of competencies as specified within the framework
established by the C.B.S.E and suggested by NEP 2020.
