Inflation Protector
This cover protects the base sum Insured against rising inflation. It links the base sum
Insured to the Consumer Price index (CPI)

Compassionate visit
Reimburses the cost of round trip tickets up to AC 2-Tier railway or basic economy class
Air tickets up to Rs. 20,000 for any one immediate family member to attend to the Insured
Person‘s medical emergency during his hospitalisation, if the Insured Person is
hospitalised for 5 continuous days or more during a policy year within India
Global Hospitalisation Cover (outside India only)
Covers both planned and emergency hospitalization expenses incurred outside India.
A Co-payment of 10% will apply separately for each and every claim under this cover. Only
those Pre and/ or Post-hospitalization medical expenses shall be covered under this
benefit that have been incurred and paid overseas for an admissible hospitalization claim
outside India. Any claim triggered under this benefit shall reduce the Sum Insured of base
hospitalisation section
Road Ambulance Cover (outside India only)
Covers road ambulance expenses, incurred to transfer the Insured following an
emergency to the nearest hospital for a claim admissible under Global Hospitalisation
Cover (outside India only) up to a maximum limit of Rs.35,000 per hospitalisation for
overseas claims

Air Ambulance (outside India only)
Covers actual expenses incurred on availing Air Ambulance services during the policy
period to transport the Insured from the site of first occurrence of the Illness/Accident to
the nearest hospital for emergency care that ground transportation cannot provide, for an
claim admissible under Global Hospitalisation Cover [outside India only]

Doctor Consultation Cover (In Person)
Covers in person consultations of Medical Practitioner for treatment advice of any illness
or injury on reimbursement basis

Investigation Covers (Pathology & Radiology)
Tests which are prescribed by the treating Medical Practitioner or by our Service Provider’s
empaneled doctor on reimbursement basis

Pharmacy
Medical expenses incurred on purchase of medicines, drugs, and medical consumables,
as prescribed by a Medical Practitioner up to the coverage amount
