Strategic land
Alongside the technical evidence, there will be a requirement manage the land acquisition, promotion and ultimately the disposal strategy in a way that achieves both the best return for promoters and investors, and the delivery of the Local Plan trajectory. This will include:
• Engagement strategy
• Co-ordination
• Funding and Delivery Strategy
• Homes England strategy – including potential seedcorn funding
• Commercial interest and delivery strategy and engagement including DIO/ Uni/ RR/ Boots/ QMC/ Business
• Viability
• Disposal strategy and negotiations
