                                                     Apple Crisp




                                  6 large apples (Gaia, Macoun, Fuji, and/or McIntosh)

                           Cinnamon Sugar (1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon mixed)


                                                      2 cups dry oats


                                                       1/2 cup flour

                                                    1/2 cup light brown


                                                     sugar 1 teaspoon


                                                         cinnamon


                                              1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

                                                  1/2 cup melted butter



                           1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease 9”X13” pan

                           2.  Peel and slice apples into large bowl.

                           3.  Toss the apples with cinnamon sugar.

                           4.  Spread out in pan

                           5.  Mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and

                               butter.

                           6.  Spread oat mixture on top of apples.

                           7.  Bake for 40 minutes.
