Kielbasa Dinner
Serves about 4
2 packages kielbasa (26oz)
1 pound potatoes (recommended yellow or gold)
2 cans cut green beans
1. Peel and chop the potatoes into large bite size pieces.
2. Fill large pot 2/3 with water and bring to a boil.
3. While waiting for water to boil open kielbasa packages and cut kielbasa into bite
size chunks and put aside.
4. Put potatoes into water and boil until you can just begin to put a fork into them.
(Do not drain)
5. Add kielbasa pieces, stir together, and bring down to medium heat.
6. Cook approximately 10 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and kielbasa has
expanded as cooked.
7. Add cut green beans, stir and bring heat to low.
8. Cook an additional 2 minutes or until green beans are hot.
9. Drain entire contents.
10. Put in container and serve
