                                                       Meatloaf


                                             1‐1/2 lb. ground beef (80% lean)

                                           1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


                                                      1 teaspoon salt


                                              1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

                                                  1/2 teaspoon pepper


                                                          1 egg


                                                1‐1/2 cups breadcrumbs


                                                 1 small onion, chopped


                                              1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


                                               1 Green pepper, chopped


                                                   Catsup for coating



                                1.  Preheat oven to 350F.
                                2.  Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand in large bowl.

                                3.  Mound on 9”X13” pan and coat with catsup.

                                4.  Bake for 1 to 1‐1/2 hours.
