London Broil Marinade

Very simple marinade for London broil

2 cups soy sauce

1/2 minced garlic clove

1. In a large Ziploc bag mix: 2 cups of soy sauce with 1/2 minced

garlic clove.

2. Put in London broil meat.

3. You can adjust amounts of garlic to taste and for size of Lon‐
don broil.

4. Marinate for 1 hour.
