                                                Sandy’s Pecan Tarts


                                            3 ounces Cream Cheese, softened

                                                 1/2 cup butter, softened

                                                        1 cup flour


                                                           1 egg

                                                   3/4 cups brown sugar

                                                    1 tablespoon butter

                                                     1 teaspoon vanilla

                                                 2/3 cup chopped pecans



                         1.  Mix cream cheese and 1/2 cup butter together and then stir in
                            flour.


                         2.  Chill for 1 hour. This forms your crust.

                         3.  Make into 24 to 30  balls.

                         4.  Place one ball in each cup of a mini muffin pan.

                         5.  Use your fingers or a tart tamper to press out into a tart shell.

                         6.  Combine the remaining ingredients to form the filling.

                         7.  Fill tart shells and bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
