Recent RoadCem Shed Projects
BMW Phase 2 at Hams Hall, Birmingham. The existing site soils comprised of brown
gravelly clay over deep deposits of fine to coarse PFA from former Power Station.
Suspended floor slab costs eliminated and replaced by a thinner, less reinforced bearing slab when cast directly over
RoadCem stabilised material. External HGV yard and car parking areas also adopted RoadCem stabilised foundation to
reduce the surface layers (concrete slab or asphalt) eliminating the need for any capping and sub-base layers.
